Its the Cerby all the way for me,I dont do all of the lvl4 missions 'cos some are just too much solo,but on the ones i do i dont get many probs with the setup i use which is... Highs.. 5 heavy launcher 2's True sansha med nos (15km suck range ) ...

I get offered a few from Caldari Navy agents now and then,also when you're doing the missions blow up all the mission structures like habitation modules etc etc you will sometimes find the odd hardwiring implant in them too

Well 1 way of doing it is when he's doing a mission steal some loot from his cans and wait until he fires upon the thief so that he can be fired upon himself,i dont think you'd take a sec hit for that either...but hey i maybe wrong
